Two sending methods
Connect the WhatsApp (Meta) API and AI4Padel sends, reads and handles the conversations on its own. Or do it manually: AI4Padel tells you who to invite and drafts the messages for you to send in a couple of clicks.
AI4Padel picks who to invite and leaves the message drafted. You tap the button, your WhatsApp opens with the text in it and you send it yourself. Nothing to register and no extra cost to send.
You connect the club's WhatsApp account once. From then on AI4Padel sends, reads the replies, notes who said yes and closes the match without you stepping in. Billing runs through Meta, which sets the price of each message, and inside AI4Padel you configure sending limits and quotas to keep the spend under control.

What exactly is AI4Padel?
Your padel club's management system: the calendar, the courts and every member's profile, with an assistant that organises the matches over WhatsApp. It connects to the software you already use, or replaces it outright. It spots matches missing players, picks who to invite by level, court side and history so the game turns out good, and runs the whole conversation: inviting, confirming, reminding. You get hours back, your members pay no fees, and the matches get better.
Will it message my players without me knowing?
You decide what goes out. Messages sit written, waiting for you; you choose which one sends, or discard it. Do nothing and nothing leaves. Once you trust it, you can authorise one specific kind of message in advance, and only that one.
Doesn't Playtomic already do this with open matches?
An open match brings you a stranger of roughly the right level, and the platform keeps the relationship with that player. AI4Padel writes to your own members, from your club's number, and picks whoever fits on level, court side and history. The spot goes to someone who already pays at your place.
Do I have to change my booking software?
No. The Esencial plan lives beside whatever you use: it never touches your calendar, it reads your courts read-only and keeps track of the matches without you moving anything. Only if one day you want AI4Padel to be your booking and payments system, that is Completo. You can stay where you are for as long as you like.
Does the player have to install anything?
Nothing. They get a WhatsApp from the club's number and reply; that's the end of their part. And if they don't want to be contacted, one word opts them out: it goes on their profile and they drop out of every suggestion.
Who pays for the WhatsApps?
We charge you for no message, and we set you no cap, on any plan. You can send everything through your usual WhatsApp, one tap per player: you pay nobody for transport and there is no paperwork with Meta. Or connect the club’s own account and then it sends and reads the replies by itself; there the club pays Meta for what it uses, directly and with no middleman. How you send never changes the price.
Any lock-in or hidden commissions?
Neither. Month to month, with no setup or onboarding fee (annual is optional: 2 months free), and we never take a commission per booking or per match, on any plan. Your players pay nothing either: no app, no account, no fees.
What is the difference between Esencial and Completo?
How strict the system is. On Esencial the assistant works and keeps track in a living worksheet (who accepted, who is missing, which matches are short) beside the software you already use. On Completo AI4Padel is the club’s system: its own bookings, commission-free payments, dues and invoicing. The AI is the same on both.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and with nothing to migrate: it is the same system, and your players, your WhatsApp and your history already live inside. You pay only the difference, and the founder discount carries over when you move up. Completo activates in reservation order: reserving locks your price and nothing is charged until activation.
