How much does AI4Padel cost
The model fits in one sentence: a monthly subscription per club, sized by number of courts, in two modes, with no commissions. Conecta runs alongside your current software, whether that is Matchpoint, Playtomic or a spreadsheet. Completo makes AI4Padel the club’s single system. In neither mode do we charge per booking, per match, or a cent to your players. This post lays out the whole thing: why the model works this way, the tables for both modes, the guarantee and the conditions, with no small print.
The off-peak hour: a court ready and nobody playing.
Why no commissions
The industry runs on percentages. According to its own help centre, read on 2 August 2026, Playtomic Spain charges players 4% per card booking (minimum €0.29, maximum €1.99), 20% for joining an open match (capped at €0.99) and €0.50 per cancellation. On a €6 share of a court, joining an open match works out roughly 16.5% more expensive. Add it all up and a typical club’s ecosystem, club and players combined, hands about €1,000 a month to its marketplace.
Let’s be fair: Playtomic brings in new demand and that has real value, we say so plainly in the comparison. What we don’t find reasonable is paying a toll to talk to your own community. A percentage of your revenue punishes exactly what you want to grow: the better you do, the more you pay. A flat price means you know what you pay in January and in August, however full your courts get. That is why “no commissions” is not our fine print: it is the model.
The maths we do with you
A 90-minute court is about €24 (Global Padel Report 2025, Spanish average). If AI4Padel saves you two matches a week that would have fallen through, that is €24 × 2 × 4.3 weeks: about €206 a month. Conecta’s Pro plan costs €149.
The maths is deliberately low. Two matches a week is not an optimistic projection: it is the minimum bar of our guarantee, the one you will find in writing a few sections down. If we don’t even reach that, you don’t pay.
The money is in the valley
A well-run club sits around 70% average occupancy. That average is misleading: from 19:30 to 21:00 nobody fits, and at midday the courts sit empty. The peak is full and cannot grow. The money you have left to earn is in two places: the valley, and the matches that collapse because one player is missing.

The screen above is AI4Padel. The heat map shows you, slot by slot and day by day, where your courts fill and where they don’t. Below it, the re-invite block (“Volver a invitar”) puts in front of you the players who haven’t played in weeks, only those who have given permission to receive promotions. A member who plays once a week is worth about €300 a year (one match a week, about €6 per player): letting one drift away without even trying is expensive. Campaigns start there and go through your hands, like everything else. You decide what gets sent.
And here the model comes back around: if you paid a percentage, filling the valley would cost you more the better it worked. On a flat price, every extra match we put together is entirely yours.

How reserving Completo works
Completo activates in reservation order, and reserving works like this:
- You reserve your spot with your club’s details. You pay nothing.
- Your price is locked at that moment, founder discount included if you have it.
- Nothing is charged until activation: no deposit, no advance.
- We activate clubs following the order of the list. We won’t promise you a date: the commitment is the order.
And if you are already on Conecta, moving to Completo is not a migration: it is the same system, your players and your WhatsApp already live inside, and you pay only the plan difference.
The 90-day guarantee
If in 90 days we haven’t completed at least 12 matches for you, you get everything back.
It is the same figure as the maths above: two matches a week is the minimum for AI4Padel to pay for itself. The risk of the start is on us, and it is in writing.
No small print
- No lock-in. Month to month, leave whenever you want.
- Optional annual: 2 months free. Pay 10, use 12. And onboarding, €199 on its own, is included.
- Operational messages are never counted. Confirmations and notices, always included. Campaign messages go by plan, and if a month runs short there are packs of 250 for €19.
- Prices exclude VAT, invoiced to your club.
- Your price never goes up while you remain a customer. In writing too.
The founder price: −50% forever
The first 10 clubs come in at half price for life: Esencial at €39/month and Pro at €75/month. Not a first-year promo: it is your price for as long as you are a customer.
And the detail that matters most if your plan is to end up on Completo: the founder discount carries over to Completo. Pro Completo stays at €114.50/month forever. That is the reason to join Conecta today even if what you want is the full system tomorrow.
