How much does AI4Padel cost
The model fits in one sentence: a monthly subscription per club, in two plans, with no commissions. Each plan answers a question you have probably already asked yourself: have the assistant do the job and keep track beside what you already use (Esencial), or be the club’s whole system (Completo). On none of them do we charge per booking, per match, or a cent to your players. This post lays out the whole thing: why the model works this way, what each plan includes, the free month and the conditions, with no small print.
The off-peak hour: a court ready and nobody playing.
Why no commissions
The industry runs on percentages. According to its own help centre, read on 2 August 2026, Playtomic Spain charges players 4% per card booking (minimum €0.29, maximum €1.99), 20% for joining an open match (capped at €0.99) and €0.50 per cancellation. On a €6 share of a court, joining an open match works out roughly 16.5% more expensive. Add it all up and a typical club’s ecosystem, club and players combined, hands about €1,000 a month to its marketplace.
Let’s be fair: Playtomic brings in new demand and that has real value, we say so plainly in the comparison. What we don’t find reasonable is paying a toll to talk to your own community. A percentage of your revenue punishes exactly what you want to grow: the better you do, the more you pay. A flat price means you know what you pay in January and in August, however full your courts get. That is why “no commissions” is not our fine print: it is the model.
The maths we do with you
A 90-minute court is about €24 (Global Padel Report 2025, Spanish average). If AI4Padel saves you a single match a week that would have fallen through, that is €24 × 4.3 weeks: about €103 a month. The Esencial plan costs €49.
The maths is deliberately low: one match a week is not an optimistic projection, it is the floor. And you don’t have to take our numbers on trust, because the first month is free and you run them on your own courts.
The money is in the valley
A well-run club sits around 70% average occupancy. That average is misleading: from 19:30 to 21:00 nobody fits, and at midday the courts sit empty. The peak is full and cannot grow. The money you have left to earn is in two places: the valley, and the matches that collapse because one player is missing.

The screen above is AI4Padel. The heat map shows you, slot by slot and day by day, where your courts fill and where they don’t. Below it, the re-invite block (“Volver a invitar”) puts in front of you the players who haven’t played in weeks, only those who have given permission to receive promotions. A member who plays once a week is worth about €300 a year (one match a week, about €6 per player): letting one drift away without even trying is expensive. Campaigns start there and go through your hands, like everything else. You decide what gets sent. And here the model comes back around: if you paid a percentage, filling the valley would cost you more the better it worked. On a flat price, every extra match we put together is entirely yours.
The two plans
Completo includes the whole of Esencial. The number of courts does not change the price: it only separates a club from a chain.

We have been removing plans on purpose. First there were seven, spread across two modes and three court-count bands; then three rungs; now two. The reason is always the same: every extra plan forces a manager with half an hour to spare to sit a comparison exam before knowing what to buy. Now there is a single question: the worksheet, or the system?
Esencial works this very afternoon: it never touches your calendar, needs no paperwork with Meta and changes nothing about how you work today. It takes away the part that eats your afternoon (working out who to call, and writing to them) and the score stops living in your head: it knows who accepted, who is missing and who to nudge, it sees your courts, and it flags the matches stuck at three without being asked. It is a living worksheet, not a CRM that makes you fill in fields.
Completo is for the club that wants a single system. Everything above, and AI4Padel becomes your home: own bookings, commission-free payments, credit, dues and certified invoicing. The difference fits in one sentence: on Esencial the worksheet lives beside your usual software; on Completo the system is AI4Padel.
Cadena: several venues or more than eight courts
The one case without a closed price, and the reason is arithmetic: a chain is quoted per venue, with a discount from the second one. In exchange you get the one thing three separate accounts cannot do:
- A player from one venue completes matches at another. Occupancy that is lost today.
- Roles and permissions per venue: whoever runs one never sees or writes to another’s players.
- A consolidated panel: which venue fills best and which slots die at each one.
- Shared templates and criteria, with a distinct tone per venue.
- One invoice and one point of contact.
Completo is reserved, not bought yet
Today only Esencial can be signed up for and used. Completo activates in reservation order, and reserving works like this:
- You reserve your spot with your club’s details. You pay nothing.
- Your price is locked at that moment, founder discount included if you have it.
- Nothing is charged until activation: no deposit, no advance.
- We activate clubs following the order of the list. We won’t promise you a date: the commitment is the order.
And if you are already on Esencial, moving up is not a migration: it is the same system, your players and your WhatsApp already live inside, and you pay only the difference.
Messages are not part of the plan
We don’t sell you messages. Not one, on any plan, with no cap. Meta sets the price of each WhatsApp, and you choose how they go out:
- By hand. AI4Padel decides who to write to and leaves the message drafted; you tap and your WhatsApp opens with the text in it. Cost of sending: €0. You are in this afternoon, without waiting for Meta to verify anything.
- With your Meta API. The account belongs to the club: you are the holder and Meta invoices you directly, with us nowhere in the middle. In exchange, it sends, reads what comes back and closes the match alone.
You switch between them whenever you like and it affects neither plan nor price.
And the underlying reason we built it this way: if we sold you the messages, it would suit us for you to write to everybody. The first month is free
You try AI4Padel for a whole month with your courts and your members without paying anything. After that it is month to month: if it is no use to you, you leave.
Two details that matter, and we would rather say them up front:
- The free month starts the day the assistant gets to work, not the day you sign up. If setting your club up takes a few days — or if you wait for Meta to verify your number before connecting the WhatsApp — those days do not come out of your trial.
- There is no joining fee and no lock-in, so there is nothing awkward to cancel: if you do not carry on, the second month is not charged.
This used to say something else: twelve completed matches in ninety days or your money back. We dropped it because it forced both sides to count matches and argue over which ones counted, and that is a fight at the worst possible moment. A free month says the same thing with no small print: if it does not work at your club, you have not paid.
No small print
- No lock-in. Month to month, leave whenever you want.
- Setup and onboarding are free. There is no joining fee.
- Optional annual: 2 months free. Pay 10, use 12.
- No message is ever counted or charged, on any plan and with no cap. Send by hand and you pay nobody for transport; connect your API and the club pays Meta for what it uses.
- Connecting your WhatsApp costs nothing and is included on both plans. There is no one-off charge, on any plan.
- Prices exclude VAT, invoiced to your club.
- These are launch prices and they will rise. Your price never goes up while you remain a customer. In writing too.
The founder price: −50% and locked for life
The first 10 clubs come in at half price for life: Esencial at €24.50/month and Completo at €74.50. Not a first-year promo.
What you really take home is not the discount, it is the lock: these are launch prices and they are going up, and yours isn’t. When the list price moves, you stay where you came in.
And the detail that matters most if your plan is to end up at the top: the founder discount carries over when you move up. Join on Esencial today and want Completo tomorrow, and it is yours at €74.50 forever. That is the reason to join today even if what you want is the full system later.
Quick pricing questions
Do you charge a commission per booking or per match? No. Never. On no plan.
Do my players pay anything? Nothing. No app, no account, no fees: the club writes to them on the WhatsApp they already use.
